2010 Honorary Cadet Boards The USD 259  JROTC Honorary Cadet Board was conducted  on 3 November 2010 and board members interviewed outstanding 11^th  and 12^th grade cadets from our district. Cadets appearing before the board were:     Tai Lam-East     Ross Brill-North     Amanda Herman-Northwest     Samantha Delacruz-Heights     Jacob Roswell-Northeast     Gregory McGlaughlin-West     Kayla Johnson- South     Terrence Fantroy-Hankins-                                               Southeast “All Cadets did an Outstanding job before both boards”....COL Hester     HOOAH! The USD 259  Middle School Leadership  Honorary Cadet Board was conducted  on 27 October,2010 and board members interviewed outstanding cadets from our district. Cadets appearing before the board were: Maxwell Flippin, Hadley Nicholas Reyes, PVMS Sarah Billings, Marshall Brian Gonzalez, Mead Jasmine LaVallie, Truesdell Raquel Valdez, Wells Johana Esparza, Hamilton Roberto Luna, Curtis Cadet Jasmine LaVallie Trusdell Middle School was selected as the Leadership Honorary Cadet Board Members interviewing the Cadets were: Dr. Russell Miller, Lt. Alex Hill, C/COL Nicholus Cox and COL Hester. Cadets appearing before the board were questioned on Leadership, Citizenship, Current Events, team drill, and Customs and Courtesies.  Overall evaluations consisted of how well they answered the questions, success in school and  the Leadership Program, and performance before the board.  A tie for Honorary Cadet.  Cadet Amanda Herman - Northwest High  and Cadet Kayla Johnson - South High were both selected as 2010 Honorary Cadets Board Members interviewing the Cadets were: Capt Shay Cox,          SGM Rebecca Murphy,          1stSgt Chris Cobb and          COL Hester Cadets appearing before the board were questioned on Leadership, Citizenship, Current Events, team drill, and Customs and Courtesies.  Overall evaluations consisted of how well they answered the questions, success in school and  the Leadership Program, and performance before the board.
